Executive Overview

• Client required a custom application to- track the equipment used by employees
• The equipment data entered in the system would also include images and regular parameters
• The application was required to allow HR to handle a variety of equipment details and this formed an important aspect of the application

Solution

• We created a custom application on Oracle EBS platform to track the multitude of equipment used by the client at their end
• From a validation perspective, tabular form date validation was applied for the equipment’s start and end date. This application was integrated with Oracle Fixed Assets and shows service related details with respect to the vehicles and equipment given to the employees

The Key Benefits

• The equipment images were handled using the image gallery concept, which allowed to view the uploaded images as well
• Equipment data handled efficiently to maximize the productivity
