  • Client was looking to setup a system that would help track incidents online. Incidents range from slips and falls, electrocutions to falling debris, materials or objects
  • The idea was to deliver a module and seamlessly integrate it with Oracle E-Business Suite that allows to track these incidents


  • We provided a system that observes work conditions and identifies safe behavior for each of those conditions. The system allows employees to log and report the key personnel of an incident
  • First information such as near miss reporting, injury are gathered. Next, system will prompt the user through an effective incident investigation process which includes root cause analysis and identification and completion of corrective actions
