CEO and Director – Sales and MarketingSujit Ghosh is the CEO and the Director of Sales and Marketing for 3S Global Business Solutions Inc. Prior to founding 3SGBS, Sujit was the Technical Recruiter, Account Manager, Practice Director for boutique IT consulting companies specializing in IT Staffing, Software Testing, Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions for mid to Fortune 1000 companies. Sujit has over 20 years of sales, sales management, and technical recruiting experience. He has deep knowledge in recruiting Project Managers, Business Analysts and Software engineers with variety of programming languages including mainframe, Mid-Range, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server Database Administrators, Java, J2EE, Cognos/IBM, Business Objects/SAP, Microstrategty, SAS, .Net technologies.
Director – Corporate AffairsSam Mookerjee is Director of Corporate Affairs at 3S Global Business Solutions Inc and is the co-founder of the company. After graduating from Birla Institute of Technology, India, in Electrical Engineering, he worked at Alloy Steels Plant for a few years, as an Instrumentation Engineer, before relocating to the United States in 1979. In the U. S., he started as a Telephone Traffic Engineer, but moved to IT within a short time, while getting his MS in computer science on one of the campuses of Pennsylvania State University. He worked in IT for over 25 years, at the end, working as a Senior Application Developer/ Architect for Wellpoint/Anthem Blue Cross in Thousand Oaks till 2006.
Director- Excelencia, Software Delivery Arm for 3S GBS
After striking out on few technology firms like CTS, Mahindra Satyam, TESCO, he landed at Excelencia in 2008. He conveys an idea or a thought in the clearest, most fascinating way that is available. With this kind of ingenuity, Rajesh oversees Excelencia’s technology strategy and the delivery of enterprise business solutions, focusing on meeting the needs of consumers and providers. He has over 13 years of experience in implementing various commercial applications across platforms.
If not a technology enthusiast, he’d be rescuing dogs, horses, cats, sea turtles… (really anything) … from around the world and finding them all a place to call home, preferably, his home.
Head – Offshore DeliveryShiv Shankar is Head – Offshore Delivery at 3S Global Business Solutions Inc and has more than 23 years of IT experience in Manufacturing and Software industries in the areas of customer requirements and expectations management, design and construction of sophisticated but easy-to-use software and their timely delivery, IT strategy development and implementation and mentoring and managing teams. Shiv holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Systems and Analysis and a Masters in Commerce.
Head – Design and Quality
Dipankar Ghosh is Head – Design and Quality at 3S Global Business Solutions Inc and has 28 years of experience in manufacturing, consulting and software industries. He has spent nearly 15 years in software industry which includes experience in managing a software division of a large BPO outfit and also starting and growing two software companies. Dipankar is a graduate in engineering and holds advanced diplomas in management and statistical quality control and operations research.
An assiduous and entrepreneurial executive with 25+ years of experience in both startups and industry leaders in systems integration, enterprise software, telecom, aerospace, and healthcare. He is currently the Managing Partner at Invesper Capital Partners, a boutique Private Equity firm. As the EVP/Head of Operations he turned around CoreObjects to profitability. He has been member of the executive management team in the launch of new initiatives at Kaiser Permanente and Zone Ventures. He has spearheaded technology practice at Monitor Group, LP and managed a $30M division with complete P/L responsibility at SAIC. As the Director of Enterprise Systems at CSC he was instrumental in implementing solutions to achieve significant margin improvement. Earlier in his career he was the recipient of DOD SBIR award. He earner his BS degree in mechanical engineering from BITS, India and MS in mechanical engineering from Clemson University. He was a PhD candidate at Georgia Tech and has an Exec. MBA from USC.
Dr. Mark Chun
Dr. Chun is the Director of the Center for Applied Research, the Denney Academic Chair, The Editor-In-Chief for the Graziadio Business Review journal, and an Associate Professor of Information Systems at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. He earned a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Boulder, an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, with an emphasis in management strategy, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in management information systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He established the National Knowledge Management Conference hosted annually by Pepperdine University and sponsored by Pratt & Whitney, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratories, Northrop Grumman, Hitachi Consulting, Open Text, and The Aerospace Corporation. His expertise and research focus falls within the domain of knowledge management, IS integration, and the use of IS to create value and to transform organizations. He has been published in numerous academic and practitioner journals, including the Communications of the Association of Information Systems journal, the Information & Management journal, the Journal of Information Technology Management, the Journal of Global Information Technology Management, the Journal of Information Technology Case and Application Research, and the Journal of Systems and Information Technology. Dr. Chun has worked for Intel Corporation, Pepsi Co./Taco Bell, Coopers & Lybrand, and the Bank of Hawaii. He has conducted research at Qwest, Honda, Hilton Hotels, Kaiser Permanente, Mattel, U.S. Treasury Department, USDA, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FDIC, Pratt-Whitney Rocketdyne, NASA-JPL, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon. He has also researched the diffusion of information technology in less-developed Asian countries.
